During my visit, I was particularly impressed by the Shakshuka dish, which perfectly balanced spices with depth of flavor. The accompanying sourdough bread was soft yet crunchy, enhancing the overall experience. The delightful Salhev, a coconut creamy drink with pistachios, added a uniquely refreshing twist that I couldn’t get enough of.

“ Very friendly service, nice atmosphere, comfy chairs. just had coffee so can't comment on the food but there were obvious regulars around us who were clearly enjoying theirs. Always good to support a social enterprise rather than one of the nearby chains. ”
“ This place is amazing, and such a good initiative in our community. For one, it’s a place full of resources for mental health and wellbeing, with zero stigma and shame. For two - the food and drinks are amazing. They have delicious baked goods (in particular, the brownies, cookie bars and babka are unreal!). I come relatively often with family and we always order the same thing, and every time they make it exactly how we like it. The prices are reasonably cheap actually for kosher food and for the area, but knowing the money goes to such an incredible cause makes me feel good to eat here :) we love you head room cafe! ”
“ Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here, fresh well cooked food and a great charity. The Shakshuka was perfectly flavoured with an excellent range of spices and depth of Middle-Eastern flavours. Mushroom soup was delicious and the sourdough bread was soft with a crunchy outside. The Salhev (coconut creamy drink with pistachios) is one of my personality favourites - and highly recommend. The entire restaurant has great service, lovely decoration and atmosphere, and with excellent food! ”
“ Such a lovely cafe with good wholesome food and warm, friendly staff. Definitely visit! ”
“ Great food, great coffee, warm caring staff, lovely atmosphere ”
“ A very welcoming friendly cafe, With a varied Menu, And really helpful Staff. I like the fact that the furniture and the seats are not totally uniform, That there’s a large area which is definitely User friendly for people with mobility impairment. They only slight downside is that they do not have a vegan alternative to butter, And you cannot always get gluten-free bread, So on my second visit, I couldn’t have bread with my delicious Breakfast. Which I forgot to photograph. They serve breakfast brunch and lunch, It’s easily accessible from Golders Green station, And his kosher dairy. It’s a friendly cozy place to be where you don’t feel hurried. I also love the fact they have a pay It forward scheme where you can buy a coffee tea or meal for someone else anonymously in that way people from the community who need nourishment no they can go there without embarrassment. ”
“ Lovely little cafe whose proceeds benefit a charity supporting people with mental illness. Love that you can buy a coffee for someone who may be in need of it. Food was fresh and tasty. Happy group. ”
“ Lovely food, lovely place and lovely people. Always feel welcomed and comfortable here. Mainly vegetarian food but also selection of vegan options. Highly recommend for lunch/brunch and fantastic coffee ”
